Description

This Cool Whip Pie is a light and creamy dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. With a fluffy filling made from cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and Cool Whip, this no-bake pie is both quick to prepare and irresistibly delicious. The combination of the smooth filling and the crisp graham cracker crust creates a refreshing treat that everyone will enjoy. Plus, it’s easy to make ahead, making it a perfect option for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
3.9 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
9 ounces premade graham cracker crust
Whipped topping, optional garnish

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use a handheld electric mixer on medium-high speed to beat the cream cheese for 1 to 1½ minutes until smooth and creamy.

Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix over the cream cheese and continue mixing for an additional minute, ensuring everything is well combined.

Add the marshmallow fluff to the mixture and mix just until incorporated, being careful not to overmix.

Fold in the thawed Cool Whip gently, making sure the mixture is light and fluffy.

Spread the Cool Whip mixture evenly into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or overnight, for the best texture and flavor.

When ready to serve, slice the pie into eight pieces and garnish the outer edges of each slice with whipped topping, if desired.

Notes

This pie is incredibly versatile—feel free to add some fresh fruit on top, like berries or sliced bananas, for a fun twist. If you’re looking to make it even more indulgent, drizzle some chocolate syrup over the top before serving. For a crunchier texture, try adding a layer of chopped nuts or crushed cookies on top of the filling before chilling.
