- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
For the Pasta:
- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter option)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Boil spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Set aside.
3️⃣ Season and Cook the Shrimp:
- Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Lightly coat the shrimp with cornstarch for extra crispiness.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and toss in half of the Bang Bang sauce.

- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add red pepper flakes (if using) and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.

- Top the pasta with Bang Bang shrimp and drizzle the remaining sauce over the dish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions.
