This delicious parmesan linguine with garlic butter meatballs: creamy, cheesy comfort food combines wonderful flavors and textures. Made with ground chicken, ½ cup breadcrumbs, and ½ cup grated parmesan, it’s a satisfying dish that’s perfect for any pasta lover.

- 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, or beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 oz linguine
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in salted water until it reaches al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water, then drain the linguine.
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through. Once done, set them aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan to the skillet, whisking continuously until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the creamy sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Place the cooked meatballs on top of the linguine. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional grated Parmesan before serving.
