This Club Sandwich Pasta Salad combines all the crunchy, creamy, and savory flavors of a classic club sandwich into a delicious cold pasta salad. Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or a quick and easy lunch!

For the Salad:
- 12 oz pasta (rotini, bowtie, or penne)
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced red onion
For the Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
For Garnish (Optional):
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
2️⃣ Assemble the Salad:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced red onion.
3️⃣ Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
4️⃣ Mix Everything Together:
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
5️⃣ Chill & Marinate:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
- Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
