This flavorful creamy chicken pasta delight is a crowd-pleaser that’s easy to prepare. Made with olive oil, 1 onion (chopped), and 3 cloves garlic (minced), it’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3½ cups milk
- 10.5 ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup cooked and crumbled chicken
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package directions. Rinse and drain it under cold water.
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, add the olive oil; once the oil is hot, add the onion and cook until it has softened. Then, add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute or until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Reduce the heat, then add the milk, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and spices. Cook until the cream cheese has completely melted.
- Toss the spaghetti in the sauce to coat it evenly and then transfer it to a baking dish.
- Top the pasta with the grated cheeses and cooked chicken.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, place it under the broiler, checking closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven, serve warm, and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
