This delicious dorito delight casserole is a fantastic dish that’s sure to impress. Made with “party size” bag of nacho cheese doritos, 1½-2 pounds ground beef, and 1 10¾ ounce can of cheddar cheese soup, it combines great flavors and textures for a memorable meal.

- 14 ounce “party size” bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1½–2 pounds ground beef
- 1 10¾ ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
- 1 10¾ ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
- 1 4 ounce small can of diced green chilies
- 2–3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 packet Taco seasoning (optional)
- Sour cream
- Diced green onion
- Sliced cherry tomatoes
- Sliced Avocado or guacamole
- Salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef and then drain the fat. If you are using taco seasoning, add it to the meat at this point.
- Combine the cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies into the ground beef.
- Stir this mixture over medium heat until it is bubbly.
- Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
- Place half of the bag of chips at the bottom of the baking dish, crumbling them slightly (not too much).
- Spoon half of the meat mixture over the chips.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top. Add more cheese if desired.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, meat mixture, and cheese.
- Bake the casserole for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
