  • 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil, ensuring there is an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, sugar, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, cook for 4–5 minutes while continuing to stir. Remove from heat.
  4. Immediately stir in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly using a spatula.
  7. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate until firm.
  8. Once set, use the overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut it into squares.
