  • Yield: 8 pizza bombs 1x

Description

These cheesy, garlicky Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are the perfect bite-sized snack for game nights, parties, or a quick pizza fix. Crispy on the outside and filled with gooey mozzarella and pepperoni, they’re easy to make and even easier to eat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.

3️⃣ Fill the Pizza Bombs:
Place 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.

4️⃣ Seal the Dough:
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them together to form a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

5️⃣ Brush with Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over each pizza bomb.

6️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

7️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy your cheesy pizza bombs!
