Ingredients
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling – The sweet, fruity base of the cake.

- 1 (15.25 oz) box yellow or white cake mix – Forms a buttery, crumbly topping.
- ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted – Ensures a rich, golden crust.
- ½ cup (60g) crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping) – Adds a crunchy cheesecake-like finish.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for added flavor) – Enhances the strawberry and cream cheese taste.
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
Layer the Ingredients
Evenly spread the strawberry pie filling across the bottom of the dish. Scatter the cubed cream cheese over the pie filling. If using, stir vanilla extract into the pie filling for extra depth of flavor.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese and pie filling, making sure to cover everything completely.
