Ingredients
✔ 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
✔ 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
✔ ½ cup milk (cold)
✔ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✔ 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Base:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2 minutes until thickened.
2️⃣ Add Cool Whip:
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip, then beat on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
3️⃣ Use & Store:
- Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or as a filling for layered desserts.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
- Need a different flavor? Swap vanilla pudding for chocolate, butterscotch, or lemon pudding for a fun twist!
- Want it thicker? Reduce milk to ⅓ cup for a firmer consistency.
- Make it extra special! Add ½ teaspoon almond or coconut extract for an extra flavor boost.
