- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Crispy Chicken:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken breast first into the beaten egg, then coat it evenly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
- Once done, remove from the oven and set aside.
