  • Author: Andrew Recipes

Description

These 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips are a quick and satisfying snack that combines the crispy crunch of tortilla chips with the gooey, cheesy goodness of pizza. Perfect for a low-effort appetizer or snack, these pizza chips are customizable with your favorite pizza toppings, and they pair beautifully with marinara sauce for dipping. A simple, fun recipe that’s sure to please pizza lovers of all ages!

Ingredients

Scale

For the chips:

46 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or pizza blend cheese)

Optional toppings:

oregano Garlic powder Red pepper flakes Parmesan cheese Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle a thin, even layer of shredded cheese over one side of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape, pressing gently to help the cheese stick.

Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice the folded tortilla into 6–8 triangular wedges, similar to cutting a pizza.

Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Immediately after removing from the oven, sprinkle the chips with dried oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, or Parmesan cheese for extra pizza flavor.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy the crispy, cheesy goodness!

Notes

For a bit of extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of garlic powder or crushed red pepper flakes to the chips right before baking. These pizza chips are highly customizable—feel free to experiment with different cheese blends or add-ins like fresh basil or olives before baking. For a healthier version, use whole wheat tortillas or even gluten-free tortillas for those with dietary restrictions.
