Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) Bag frozen meatballs (or homemade)
- ½ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- Optional garnish: Green onions (diced) and sesame seed
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Meatballs:
Place the frozen or homemade meatballs in the crockpot, ensuring they are evenly spread out.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and brown sugar until well combined.
3️⃣ Combine:
Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot. Toss gently to ensure all the meatballs are evenly coated with the sauce.
4️⃣ Cook:
Cover the crockpot with the lid. Cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally to evenly distribute the sauce and flavors.
5️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
Once cooked, sprinkle the meatballs with diced green onions and sesame seeds.
