Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer on low speed to cream together the softened butter, softened cream cheese, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Incorporate the sifted powdered sugar and mini chocolate chips, gently stirring with a spatula until everything is well combined and the powdered sugar is fully mixed in.
