Description

This deliciously creamy and cheesy pasta bake combines tender chicken, spinach, and a rich garlic Parmesan sauce for the perfect comfort meal. Easy to make and full of flavor, it’s a great dinner for the whole family!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4️⃣ Add the liquids: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce slightly thickens.

5️⃣ Combine everything: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, along with the drained pasta and fresh spinach. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce and the spinach has wilted.

6️⃣ Assemble the bake: Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. For an extra cheesy bake, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

7️⃣ Bake (optional): Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
