- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak Bites:
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
3️⃣ Add Garlic Butter Flavor:
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Enhance with Worcestershire Sauce:
- Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the steak bites, toss to coat, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
5️⃣ Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
6️⃣ Finish with Lemon Juice (Optional):
- Stir in lemon juice for a touch of brightness.
7️⃣ Coat the Steak in Sauce:
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce.
8️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
