- 15.25 ounce box of lemon cake mix
- 8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer on medium speed to combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, egg, and lemon zest until the mixture is well blended.
- Utilize a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to portion out the cookie dough.
- Carefully roll each dough ball in the powdered sugar until fully coated.
