Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 5 tbsp butter, sliced
- 1 lb baby yellow potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- ½ cup beef broth (for extra tenderness)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients: Cut baby potatoes in half if they are larger.
2️⃣ Layer in Slow Cooker: Add the beef stew meat and potatoes to the slow cooker.
3️⃣ Season Everything: Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, chopped garlic, seasoned salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika over the beef and potatoes.
4️⃣ Add Butter & Broth: Place butter slices evenly on top of the mixture. Pour in ½ cup beef broth for extra tenderness.
5️⃣ Cook Low & Slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and the potatoes are soft.
6️⃣ Serve & Garnish: Stir everything together, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy!
