A cheesy, savory, and satisfying wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, creamy nacho cheese, and crispy tortilla chips—perfect for a quick and delicious meal!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup water

For the Wraps:

  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips (Doritos or regular tortilla chips)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped lettuce (optional)
  • ¼ cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Drain excess grease, then stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and water.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is well coated in seasoning.

2️⃣ Warm the Tortillas:

  • Heat flour tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side, or microwave for 15 seconds to make them more flexible.

3️⃣ Assemble the Wraps:

  • Spread nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add a scoop of seasoned beef, then top with shredded cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, and lettuce (if using).
  • Drizzle with sour cream, if desired.

4️⃣ Fold & Crisp the Wraps:

  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
  • For extra crispiness, heat the wrapped tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

  • Serve warm with extra nacho cheese sauce, salsa, or guacamole on the side!

Notes

  • Switch it up! Swap ground beef for shredded chicken or use spicy chorizo for extra flavor.
  • Make it spicier! Add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce for a kick.
  • Storage: Store leftover beef filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before assembling fresh wraps.
