- ½ cup crushed tortilla chips (Doritos or regular tortilla chips)
- ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped lettuce (optional)
- ¼ cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease, then stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is well coated in seasoning.
2️⃣ Warm the Tortillas:
- Heat flour tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side, or microwave for 15 seconds to make them more flexible.
3️⃣ Assemble the Wraps:
- Spread nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Add a scoop of seasoned beef, then top with shredded cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, and lettuce (if using).
- Drizzle with sour cream, if desired.
4️⃣ Fold & Crisp the Wraps:
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
- For extra crispiness, heat the wrapped tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve warm with extra nacho cheese sauce, salsa, or guacamole on the side!
